The financial system is used by dealers that are looking for exactly what others are selling and they want “options to maximize profit and reduce turn time”. Potential dealers had to complete and send a long application file causing a lot of problems exchanging emails with attachments.

Not only the process was rigid, but also a time-consuming operation: once the PDF was correct and complete, the salesperson had to register the information into Salesforce manually.

The manual nature of submissions created frictions with dealers causing negative conversion rates.

Automatization of the application through a digital application form.

Dealers now count with an onboarding to set default payment methods, a tour through the portal and a FAQ page.

Our process optimization initiatives aim to minimize human error during data input into Salesforce, resulting in enhanced efficiency.

Additionally, we've streamlined the dealer application process, reducing time and enabling pre-filled information. Following submission, our automated underwriting system promptly validates and approves requests in collaboration with internal teams. Subsequently, a notification email is dispatched to the dealer, ensuring seamless communication.
